If you are like me, then you are also someone who is constantly working on their self-development.

I deeply believe that we all have room for growth and progression.

A constant effort and purpose of becoming a better version of Self keeps us motivated, active and vibrant.

Why a 30 – Days Challenge?

Many researches show that it takes 21 – day for any change to become a habit.

However, from my personal experience and investigation, I have concluded that it takes somewhere between 30 to 60 days for making a lifelong change.

This number could vary for you depending on your determination and the intensity with which you carry the challenge.

The idea of such challenges is to force self to do something consistently every single day for 30 days, even if that means taking small baby steps. It provides you with the momentum you need to break an unwanted old habit and replace it with a new beneficial one that will changing your life around.

Its an excellent way to jump-start your success for any changes you want to make.

How to chose a 30 – Days Challenge that is perfect for you?

Look in and around your life.

Did you find any habit, any routine that requires a change and you’re ready and willing to make that change now?

Choose a challenge that you are sure to stick with.

It does not matter if you stray once or twice. Don’t worry. Pick it up from where you left.

The whole idea is to stay consistent till that change becomes a lifelong routine.

Below I am posting a list of most frequently done 30 – Days Challenges to give you a choice and idea of what you can do. You can start with one or more than one challenge at a time depending on need to make that particular change, your willpower and time available.

  1. Start Complimenting someone every day
  2. Take a daily walk of 20 – minutes after lunch and dinner
  3. Write down 3 things that you are grateful for each day
  4. Ban negative thoughts, negative emotions and negative talking for 30 days
  5. Look for something positive around you every day and appreciate
  6. Get rid of one thing every day that you haven’t used in months
  7. Finish reading a book in 30 days
  8. Do at least one self-care task every day
  9. Try getting up 10 minutes earlier than your normal routine
  10. Make a consistent sleeping routine
  11. Meditate for at least 5 minutes every day
  12. Connect with one old friend each day
  13. Try a new hobby
  14. Ditch one old bad habit
  15. Don’t lie for 30 days
  16. Listen to music for 20 minutes every day
  17. Learn something new every day
  18. Teach something new every day
  19. Try a new recipe every day
  20. Examine your thoughts everyday
  21. Think before you speak
  22. Take a photograph everyday
  23. Do one inspired action everyday
  24. Do one act of kindness everyday
  25. Write something every day
