Why a 30 – Days Challenge?
Many researches show that it takes 21 – day for any change to become a habit.
However, from my personal experience and investigation, I have concluded that it takes somewhere between 30 to 60 days for making a lifelong change.
This number could vary for you depending on your determination and the intensity with which you carry the challenge.
The idea of such challenges is to force self to do something consistently every single day for 30 days, even if that means taking small baby steps. It provides you with the momentum you need to break an unwanted old habit and replace it with a new beneficial one that will changing your life around.
Its an excellent way to jump-start your success for any changes you want to make.
How to chose a 30 – Days Challenge that is perfect for you?
Look in and around your life.
Did you find any habit, any routine that requires a change and you’re ready and willing to make that change now?

It does not matter if you stray once or twice. Don’t worry. Pick it up from where you left.
