About Mukta
Mukta is an Indian-Canadian life coach, meditation instructor and the author of several self-help books written and published in 3 languages (English, Hindi and Punjabi).
She teaches people important life skills that add value to their lives and uplift their spirits. She guides them in raising their awareness, self-esteem, confidence and to identify their strengths and weaknesses. She helps them in recognizing their true potential and make positive changes in their lives so that they can lead an abundant and happy life. The topics of her expertise are: meditation, mindfulness, law of attraction, gratitude, goal setting, self-love, positive thinking and positive self-talk, coping with stress, anxiety and depression.
