Law of Attraction Techniques for Manifesting (Won’t Take More than 5 minutes)

Law of Attraction emphasizes on the fact that “You can Create Your Own Reality.”

Conscious creating needs focus on what you want and not on what you don’t want.

I am giving you five proven and effective manifesting techniques that you can apply in less than five minutes. Incorporate any or all of these in your daily life and then see the magic!

1. Affirmations

Call it an affirmation, a spell or a mantra.

When you think or speak about something on a daily basis, you are affirming to Universe what you want.

As you know, affirmations are the “I Am” statements which gives clarity to you about your desires and wants.  

Examples: I am healthy. I am rich. I am famous. I am successful. The list is endless.

Say these mantras with full belief and faith and wait for the thrill.

2. Write It

Write your affirmations.

Write them daily.

Write them till it all seems real.

3. Gratitude Journal

Start and end your day by thanking for all that you have.

When you appreciate what you have, you are surely making way for more that you appreciate to come into your life.

4. Visualize your day

You might try this when you get up in the morning or do it in the evening when you prepare for sleep. Imagine what your day will look like. What experiences would you like to have that day? What would you like to create? Whom do you want to interact with? How you want your day to end?

Your day might not necessarily go as imagined or planned, but you’ll be more focused on what matters most to you during the day. Visualize all what you want to achieve that day. You will be surprised by how effective this simple practice can be.

5. Turn Around What You Say

This one’ my favourite and an absolute hit with all my Clients.

Whenever you feel a complaint coming into your head and to your lips, twist it by naming five good things about that person, that situation or anything in general.

When you find yourself in a crappy situation, instead of cribbing that “What’s wrong with me or What’s wrong with this situation”, say this: “What’s right in this situation that I am not aware of?” Believe me, that’s all it takes to redirect your attention and allow the blessings to unfold!

Always remember:

YOU ARE A MANIFESTING MAGNET WHO IS HERE ON A JOYFUL JOURNEY.

BE PRESENT. PAY ATTENTION.
