

Let us learn the science behind the happiness.
There are certain “GOOD” chemicals in your brain which affect your happiness and thus your overall well being. So, you can create happiness by doing certain activities that produce these “GOOD”chemicals in your brain.
The short form of these “GOOD” chemicals is “DOSE”.
D stands for dopamine aka “Reward” Hormone. These are produced by giving rewards to self and others, by pampering, complimenting and appreciating self.
O stands for oxytocin aka “Cuddle” Hormone. These are produced by cuddling, hugging, spending time with those you love, snuggling, flirting, playing with your pet.
S stands for serotonin aka “Good Mood” Hormone. These are produced by doing affirmations, practicing positive Self-Talk, going out in nature regularly, have lots of plants at home and take care of them.
E stands for endorphins aka “Fitness Hormone”. These are produced by exercising, yoga, by being physically active every day.
