What is Happiness According To You

Happiness can be the feeling that you’re “alright”, that your body is “strong and healthy”, that you have “new experiences and sensations”, that you “succeed at the goals you set for yourself”, that you have “the things you want” or that you are not “unhappy”

Lets explore the various acts that can bring happiness:

  1. Success
  2. Money
  3. Good health
  4. Good fortune
  5. Love
  6. Marital Bliss
  7. Kids
  8. Music
  9. Luxury
  10. Living an ethical life
  11. Sharing with others
  12. Caring for others
  13. Fun and Laughter
  14. Spending times with friends
  15. Peace and Contentment
  16. A Habit that you perform daily with discipline

Let’s do a quick exercise. 

Sit quietly with yourself for five minutes and write down what does happiness mean to you.

Make a list of all the things that make you happy.
